TED Talks to Support my approach -These are a bunch of TED talks with a whole load of science that help to back up the approaches that I take.
Running Schedules - Running shouldn't dictate your life and you shouldn't always be stressing about a plan. I prefer to call them schedules or even guidelines rather than plans. Listen to your body and enjoy running as part of a healthy life.
Strength Training - Important for injury prevention and building muscle but many don't do it. I will discuss and advise on my approach to easily integrate some strength work into your daily life, no or minimal equipment required.
Mental Training - You have heard that a lot of performance is in your head. I have researched many ways to unlock of this potential. Believe in your training and your coach. See the TED talk but Alia Crum.
Nutrition - Although I am not a nutritionist and doctor I do have a strong opinion on what is healthy. It won't be forced on you but I will provide recommendations based off my experience (with evidence!)
Biomechanics - The basics, barefoot, drills, etc.
